Central London Samaritans are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, taking calls from people struggling to cope - including those experiencing suicidal thoughts. They’ve been doing this every single day for nearly 75 years. The branch runs on volunteers and donations, answering a call or message roughly every ten minutes, day or night.
